Emery provides two distinct technologies for the co-production of bio-oil and biochar. Our Bubbling Fluidized Bed Pyrolyzer (E-BFB-Pyro) which has been deployed up to 100 tons/day of wood input, can be used where bio-oil is the primary product of interest. Alternatively, where biochar is the primary product, we will supply our FlexFeed™ Reactor in order to maximize bio-char yield.
Emery also offers a plastics-to-fuels technology that produces >85% yield of liquid fuel equivalents from the waste plastic feedstocks. This technology is a continuous feed pyrolysis system with modular size capacities ranging from 3 to 15 metric tons/day of plastics input.
